I'm wondering how I can build arm strenght to be able to throw harder. Last year I was clocked at 58mph and I was happy with that but lately whenever I try to pitch in games I feel like I'm getting absolutely no speed on the ball whatsoever. When I pitch to my dad in the yard I feel then that I have some speed on the ball but when I get in the game I just can't get any. I've always thrown hard until now. I don't know why I can't do it in games. Some games I feel good and confident and do get some speed on the ball.
I really want to gain some more speed to be able to throw 60+ consistantly.
For age and whatnot I'm 13, 6 ft, and 122.2 lb

A couple of other things. When I try to throw harder in games I generally miss high and in. I know what I'm doing wrong there by letting by arm go.
My pitches if it helps:
4SB
2SB
Slider(messing around with this)
Curveball(messing around with this too)
Knucklecurve(also messing around with this)

NO! NO! NO! A pitcher having trouble doesn't need to look at five pitches. In fact very few MLB pitchers throw five pitches.

I'm going to guess you've grown quickly in the past year. I understand how it can affect your game. My daughter plays softball. She grew fourteen inches in eighteen months, became tall, thin and was awkward for a season.
I'll bet you're going to be a good sized kid when you fill out. Your velocity for a 12yo was not very good. But don't worry about it. You may want to fiind someone to work with you on proper pitching grips and mechanics. You could also do some things to strengthen your arm. But be careful you don't overdo it. You're still growing. Check out the sites below. Work on the fastball and a change. Do the exercises under adult supervision. Ignore the five pitch post. It's bad advice. Good luck!

When I have an 0-2 count I'll throw those. 95% of the time I'm throwing a fastball

Learn to mix up your pitches. Otherwise hitters will look for what they believe is coming and crush it. If you want to see a hitter come out of his shoes, after he crushes a ball the previous at-bat, start him with a change the next at-bat. He'll be cranked up to swing and screw himself into the ground.
Learn how to approach hitters. Pitching is a lot more than throwing the ball. It's about upsetting hitter's timing.

I try to do that but right now I'm trying to get ahead of the hitters and keep the ball low.

You can throw the change for strikes too. You can also get a lot of strikes throwing the change in the dirt if you have a good one.
