im 16, my pitching regiment that my coach has me on is really tough. i was just wondering what some of your pitching regiments are, mine is as followed
-5 poles after u finish pitching while the game is going
-next day 24 poles under 40 minutes
-knee up's for 40 minutes with a break every ten minutes
-long toss(it's a given) about 300ft
-next day 12 poles in 20
-20 minutes of knee ups
-long toss
-next day a 20-20-40 pen
-repeat after next start
anyone care to share there regiment?

wow, a little intense. that would make me not want to pitch if i had to run poles right after........
be careful you don't pull any muscles doing that. after you pith you should warm down, not go into an intense work out, especially if you pitch for a long time.
oh and when do you rest in there? your body going to be tired, and i would imagine that you would really feel it when ur pitching. also, your intense workouts should be during the offseason.

You said he makes you do poles during the game, so from the pole to where?
Our "poles" running is during warmups, and 1 pole is from the left field pole, to the right field pole along the outfield warning track.

I don't want to act like your English teacher, but the word is "regimen", not "regiment."
From the dictionary;
Regimen
a) A regulated system, as of diet, therapy, or exercise, intended to promote health or achieve another beneficial effect.
b) A course of intense physical training.
Regiment
Military. a unit of ground forces, consisting of two or more battalions or battle groups, a headquarters unit, and certain supporting units.
