Is there a way to treat a blister on the middle finger of the pitching hand or does he just have to miss some starts until it heals? When he comes back and starts throwing, will the blister come back?

Thanks,

it could come back. you should sterolize a needle and pop it. get rid of it as soon as possible, then it should heal.

Thats where his is at. He didn't throw many breaking balls. I think he had the laces hooked with it because he was getting a lot of movement. This was the first time it has happened to him in 3 years of varsity pitching.
