I've seen kids I'm guessing are teens in middle school and various levels of high school make posts asking what to do because they had a bad game or couple of games. Most of the time you just have to relax, not think too much, shake it off and come ready to play the next game.
I admire kids who take a good look at their games, but sometimes it's just not your day. I was watching a former teammate's son play in the SEC tournament last night. He went 1-5. In two of his at-bats the pitcher K'ed made him look like a dancing bear. He popped and topped his other two outs. But his swing is the same as it's been all season. He didn't change because he had a bad game. He used the same swing to get five hits in two games today.
The moral of the story: On a day to day basis until it's obvious you're not getting results ... See the ball, hit it. If you're a pitcher, see the mitt, throw it.
