How to throw pitches...
Does anybody know how to throw a change-up, knuckleball, and 4 seam/2 seam...I want to get some more pitches
Can anybody help?

2 seam: Put your index and middle fingers parallel with the seams and the thumb underneath.
4 seam: put your index and middle finger across the u of the seams
change up: put your middle finger in between the semas where it gets narrow and your index finger outside the seam on one side with the ring finger on the outside of the other seam
knuckleball: dig your fingernails into the seams try to use 2 fingers

GOOD!
I'm not a good pithcer at all...
I went into pitch today and I gave up 2 hits, 1 error in the field, and 2/3 walks before the guy on 2nd got picked fof to end the inning
