idk about franklin gloves but you never want your gloves to get wet because they dry up and get crusty like

You just bought them, and now you want to wash them? Like the other guy said, once they get wet and or sweaty, they'll start to crust up.

buy new ones if you want clean ones
never heard of washing gloves without ruining them.
