The strength this season looks like CF, where I don't see how Mays, Yaz and Callison can't be left off. Mays has 22x putouts, Yaz is errorless, and Callison's defensive stats are very good considering he's out of position. 2B is also strong with Morgan, Rose and Rojas leading the way.
I struggled with my last OFer like Mark did, but Wagner has no range in the OF and Oliva gets the homer nod over Stargell. I was tempted to add Knights utility man Junior Gilliam instead.
I also went with Brooks Robinson over Harmon Killebrew... their RC/27 are fairly close and Robinson has over 50% more putouts than Killebrew. Wayne Causey looks like the best SS by far this season.
The list of quality starting pitchers is long this season, and I had a lot of trouble sorting them out from #5 onward. And that's with Robin Roberts being farmed out!
With relievers, I decided to give relievers with a lot of IP/ appearances a break, meaning Washburn wins over Woodeshick.

Thanks for compiling those votes, Mark. Always interesting to see the result. I manage to land the third place first baseman; the eighth seeded starter; and the second reliever. No darn wonder I'm in last in the Hulbert Division!

1B: Don Mincher
SS: Wayne Causey
SP:Juan Marichal
Well, I'm happy. In my second season, I finally got my first All-Stars. I didn't even have anyone close last year, this year, I have the starters at both 1B and SS, and Marichal is a starter.

Let me see now, as I recall both Mincher and Marichal used to reside on the Legends roster...
Can't argue with that team; my only minor quabble is the election of Wagner and Killebrew over Horton and Robinson, who are having better defensive seasons. A good array of teams were represented and Tony Oliva gets a well-deserved spot a year after he was left off the '64 team in the numbers game.
