Atlanta Baseball Leagues

hey I will be in Atlanta this summer and was wondering if there are any leagues for 18+ after highschool/college. I have looked at the MABL/MSBL league homepage but do not know if you can come in late. If you know of any leagues or the rules about MSBL i would appriciate it. Thanks

I would definitely start with the Atlanta MSBL/MABL. I have played with and against several teams from the Atlanta MSBL/MABL. They were all good competitive teams. The league is well run and you will have a great time. Good luck.

that is what my first choice would be... it looks like a good level of competition for me, but on the page it says that the tryouts or team splitting practice was last month so can I not get in after it has already started? thanks

Contact the league. Sometimes they have a free agent list or might know of a team that is still looking for players. Also, you can contact each team's manager and see if they are looking. Since the league has tryouts, I would recommend that you offer to show up to their next game and work out on the side, take infield or outfield before or after the game, or agree to meet them at a cage. 1. It will show your willingness to play and 2. it will give them an opportunity to see your skills. Good luck. Let me know what happens.
