hey im 14 and im going to highschool next year i played rec ball untill 8th grade and was always one of the best players on my team. i play 1st base and catcher i played tennis in middleschool and not baseball but want to tryout for baseball in highschool should i tryout or is it too late? what should i do to get ready

I never played baseball in middle school, and I made my team. Go for it.

Yeah, go for it. Your conditioning for your tennis play should be beneficial to your fitness. Your hand eye coordination should be pretty good as well. Let us know how it goes.
Contact the coach at the high school you will be attending. Tell him all about yourself and ask him if he has a summer baseball camp you can attend. If not, ask him to recommend one for you.

Go to the high school coach and tell him of your plans. Ask him for advice to put yourself in the best possible position to make the team. Whether or not you can make the team will depend on your potential and how talented and deep the program.
