I am in bantom baseball this year and I just bought a 30" 20 ounce bat, is this legal in my league or what is? and it is a -10, is this legal?

You need to see what your local rules say.
Different leagues have different maximum drops.

That's not a bat. That's a weapon. The current rule is -3.
