well, the whole point of the change up is to use the same arm action as your fastball pitch, but the ball comes up there slower.
The OK change is probably the easiest. Make the "OK" sign with your thumb and index fingers and place it on the side of the ball with is covered by your remaining fingers. THe lack of spin should slow it down some.
Another way is to adjust the thumb below the ball. Your fastball grip with your thumb below the ball. Slowly bring your thumb up along side of the ball. You can try it in different places to get different effects.

That's a circle change which I have used but I find that it's not comfortable. If you have Comcast Digital Cable, under sports they have the Ripken Way, and they have pitching grips. Personally, I like to throw with a 2-seam fastball grip but you move your thumb to the side of the ball.
Also (this is what I learned in the Ripken Way), if you place the ball in your middle and ring fingers, then put your pinky and index on the sides, keeping your thumb off the ball. Then you put your thumb in a comfortable position. Remember that when you throw the ball, don't keep it in your palm, keep it on your fingers.
With every change-up, you have to throw at the same velocity as your fastball or it will come out bad. No more velocity and no less.

It depends what kind of change you throw. There's circle, three finger, knuckle and more. Look up pitching grips and try them all. See what's confortable for you
