im goining to start rotator cuff exercieses in order to increase my velocity. I wanted to know which dumbell is should use. What size and weight should i start with? Also how can you tell if a rebounder or pitching net is sturdy?

You want to go with light weights, 3-5 pounds and do multiple reps. Also, look into using therabands. Combine this with a lot of stretching and throwing, not pitching, but throwing.

Your rotator cuff is a joint not a muscle. I think you need to speak to a professional trainer. I suggest you PM DeezelDogg.

JakeIsn't it a group of muscles that allow the shoulder to rotate? I thought that there were exercises you could do to strengthen your rotator cuff...
