Question about pickoff move to 2nd

Hi, I am a right handed pitcher and I was wondering which pickoff move that I should use.:confused: Should I stepoff and throw, or should I lift my leg and move it back and throw? All answers are appreciated.

Try this. "Sell" the pitch before by using a high knee kick, like this is your normal move. The when you bring your knee up on the next pitch, turn toward the 3rd base side and spin to second. The runner often breaks off 2nd and you can get him hung up. Towards first spin is usually with a play...called The Wheel. The third base moive you can do yourself. You just have to set it up with the pitch before or two before it.
