Just attended a spring training game between the Twins and Red Sox last night. Took my two sons (8 & 9) and came away very impressed with the professionalism and how approachable the Twins were. We took two game balls and they got Tori Hunter, Joe Nathan and Joe Mauer's autographs along with the manager. Great experience. They made an impression on my boys who are Red Sox fans and who came away with no Red Sox autographs.

Twins Spring training is always a fantastic experience. The players are unbelievably nice and approachable. My mom and sister were just there and they met a bunch of players including LeCroy, Mauer, Garza, Nathan, and Santana. I can't wait to get the ball they got signed for me.

Last time I went to spring training I had great one on one conversations with Gardy and Anderson, both great guys.

I caught the Twins against the Orioles in Ft. Lauderdale last week. They were all very approachable, as there were plenty of people hanging out by the visitor's dugout before the game and getting autographs. I didn't see that as much for the home Orioles, but I might not have been paying enough attention over there.
Maybe that's karma, as the Twins won the game 16-2.
