Congratulations to Willard Brown. Long overdue.
On the other hand, Sammy Sosa has been removed until his MLB playing status is more clear to me. We can vote guys in late, but I didn't want to enshrine one too early; and in this Hall a sub-five percent tally doesn't kill your only hope.
New guys, now and next time, are infielders:

I'll find a replacement for him then. Could you tell me why he isn't eligible? He was on my febuary ballot and nothing was brought up about it at that time.

Average months on my ballot soared to 9.6, a new record. This will likely grow as the electorate and mysef differ on whom we see as the Hall's lower tier. Lou Whitaker extends his record for most months on my ballot. The top five that I think the electorate is missing: 1) Lou Whitaker, 2) Red Faber, 3) Ken Boyer, 4) Da. Evans, 5) Bid McPhee.

That's because you didn't come close to posting a valid ballot last month, with or without Gonzalez. If you check, there's a lot of guys you're voting for who got no votes last month, even if you wanted them to get a vote. If you can't read the rules and apply them, that's not my problem.

I have changed the first post to indicate that this election will end on March 23 at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time. This is the prelude to moving to a three week voting cycle. I also changed the voting rules to reflect the new, shorter cycle. One problem we have with this project is that there is little activity between the first two weeks of voting and the last three days, and I'm looking to shorten that dead time.

Kelley edges out Jimmy Sheckard for the final spot on the ballot.
Will Clark is the top candidate outside the BBFHOF. With the sole exception of Will Clark, every eligible major league position player with at least 103 win shares in their best three seasons, or at least 155 win shares in their best five consecutive seasons, is in already in the BBFHOF. Clark had 115 win shares in his best three seasons, and 168 win shares in his best five consecutive seasons, so he's ahead of those cutoff marks by a large margin - one large enough for the "we can make a group" argument to become a good argument for once.
