In need of Fantasy Draft Advice

Thank you Great Minds of Baseball for taking the time to read this. I am relatively new to Fantasy Baseball and so i've been practicing drafts for my league. i'm using rotohog.com where it's a free market system and i get $275 to draft with. i am having the most problem with picking good pitching. any comments and advice are appreciated. here is my latest practice draft.

any terrible picks here? any good alternatives?

So you paid $34 for Papelbon and $30 for Sizemore? Wow, good on Sizemore I guess.

Papelbon doesn't figure to be worth that much, but I guess it could happen.

i wouldnt pay so much for papelbon, we dont know how well he will be as a starter - yes I do know he use to be a starter, but still. I don't think he will dominate so much.
