Ok , i got new videos, if you want to download and go frame by frame, go to www.keepvid.com, copy url (listed below) there and download, then open it in some program.
Do not laugh at my mound etc. there are only 2 real mounds in the whole country (bullpen included)!

P.S. Please analyse this good, because I am comfortable with these mechanics and I will practice it till it becomes my second nature
nikae,
What country is it?
What are the dimensions of your "mound"?

How old are you? How fast do you throw? Do you have problems with your control?

I would also be interested in where you live....
Two things I see that I would first focus on is the left leg lift and your glove tuck.
Check out Siggy's clips and watch the GS leg and how the pitchers finish with their glove.
Can you pitch from a windup?

Ok.
-I live in Serbia. I am 24, and I'm total biginner (in pitching). Baseball is not popular sport here, so players here aren't good.
-@ swingbuster, what did you mean by that? (my english isn't really good ).
-I dont know how fast I throw and I cant' measure it. I can't find any books about pitching around here, and no pissibility to order over internet 'cause noone ships to this country (except stores without baseball gear)
-I changed my leg lift. Now it dosen't go towards 2nd base, it just goes up down and stride forward.
-About my control. I changed my mechanis few times, and the ones i got now (one you see) give me good control and good velocity. My control isn't really good 'cause as I said I am biginner at pitching.
-I dont pitch from windup, I get more balance and control this way.
-why is glove tuck important?
Thanks for comments, keep posting them :).
Tell me what I need to change (to get more control), Only 40-50%, (sometimes more), of my pitches are strikes (mostly around the knees).
After, I will work on my mchanics and post new videos.

elite pitcher will generate tons of torque by "swinging" that leg back to second
i can e mail you a clip of gibson with his left leg pointing straight back to second..I also have a clip of a young greg maddux throwing a baseball in a parking lot near wrigley field..he does the same thing

Something you may want to try at some point
-why is glove tuck important?
It allows for more rotational force, keeps the body more compact allowing for more control. The more things you have flying around the harder it is to gain control.
PM - me your address I will see if I can gather some information here and mail it to you.
I recommend you visit Chris O'Leary's, Steve Ellis, and Mike Marshall's sites.

The things you guys said seams logic :)
About leg lift...if I swing it back to much, I lose control a bit.
But control is all i really need, I pitched today and it actually got worse :(
my email is workinglogic@yahoo.com (its Logic with "L")
If someone got clip of Maddux pitching (newer, i got the one where he is 18 years old), plesae send it to me.
Thanks!
