I thought I remembered seeing a thread about this but i couldent find it. Anyways does anybody know of a good program or good drills to improve my speed?

I think at your age keeping it basic is best.
Dynamic warm ups
Running (distance)
Wind sprints
Base sprints
Olympic/power lifts such as squat, power clean, and deadlift. Plyometrics. Sprint training. Improve your form. All things you can do to improve speed.
VERY IMPORTANT --> Seek out someone who can teach you proper technique in the lifts.

Not to be overlooked is also making sure you are focusing on making the correct reads on the basepaths, getting good breaks, running a straight line to the base on a steal, and rounding the bases properly.
I have seen many players that have great speed, but speed doesn't always translate to being a good baserunner.

I've been looking at that HIIT program too my friend told me it was a good one.
