I am working with my 11yo daughter to make some changes in her swing. She has been all arms and "stepping in the bucket". She has been successful since as you will see she is a lefty and she has some speed. Slow rollers to ss have not been to bad yet but as the fielding is improving her BA declines. We are looking for a little (any would be a improvement) more power to back up the 3B and make her more than a situational hitter.

Any advice is appreciated and thanks in advance.

She's moving her hands from her shoulder down to the ball. The hands should go, around the body, from armpit to armpit. She is using her top hand to push the bathead, instead of letting it whip from keeping the hands back at the shoulder longer and letting them move with the shoulder rotation.

The 4 frames below show the path of the bathead and the path of the hands.

His hands start UP before the bathead meets the ball. Hers are going down at contact. His hands stay above the path of the ball, hers go down through it.

Compare his path to hers.

Watch his hands go up to his front armpit;

Slant the back toward the plate and drop the back shoulder down as the shoulders turn and then take the hands around the body.

There doesn't seem to be much weight transfer forward.
here's Michelle Smith (From Siggy) watch her back foot. You can see she has all her weight moving forward.

She's also tucking her chin down to her chest. I am not certain why. Chin should be up and out by the front shoulder.

Eyes should be perpendicular to the ground. It's harder to pick up the ball with your eyes on a slant or your head moving. Here's one of our clinicians demonstrating this.
