Any time in particular? Pete Reiser had it in the 40's. Glenn Wright and George Earnshaw had it in the 30's. Reiser is still remembered quite fondly by the Brooklyn folk.

Wow, the picture of Mike McCormick looks much older than the others.

There are remakes of the jerseys around, I believe they are from Reiser's time

#7 was worn by OUR Manager CHUCK DRESSEN from 1951 thru 1953.

Probably the best and most logical choice there. He also wore it as a player. reiser only had it a couple seasons and after his decline.
Beyond that, Deb knows her boys.
