Someone brought this up in an earlier post, and it got me to think, when the Dodgers packed-up and moved west, were any of the playerss against the move? I remember listening to Pee Wee Reese talk about the demolition of Ebbets, and he said that right after the wrecking ball dropped he couldn't watch anymore of the destruction. Just something I've wondered.

I don't know the answer, but I suspect that any players/others who were opposed were fearful of incurring O'Malley's wrath by speaking out.
Hence, the silence.
