I was looking for some hard cases to put my TTM autographs in. I found the first attached picture on ebay, and received the second. What do you think? Should I leave negative feedback?

Definately do something about that. I dont have much experience on ebay, but thats not right. The one you got is a normal card protector, you can get them anywhere. He had a picture of some high quality holder, and you didnt get what you bid on.

Yeah, you should leave negative feedback and/or ask for a refund.

Try to get a full refund first (including shipping!). Some sellers would work with you to avoid a negative feedback. You can threaten "mail fraud" since you didn't get what you paid for. Save a screen shot of the listing and any other documentation that you might need later. Also check into ebay's "Square Trade". They should be albe to help you get a refund as well.

Good luck.

UC put it very well. What exactly did the auction say? I don't believe eBay takes too kindly to sellers pulling the bait-and-switch.

Definately not right!

Before you go the negative feedback route, contact the seller tell them your concerns and ask for a refund or an exchange to the "right" ones.
If the "high road" fails then start a dispute, chargeback, and a negative is well deserved!

Good Luck!

Thats what I was thinking, just sent the seller an email.

What Utter Chaos said is correct. First course of action is to try to contact the seller. If the seller is unwilling to work to your satisfaction, then file a SNAD report with eBay.

Always try to remember, you have at least 90 days to leave feedback at eBay, so make it the FINAL act of the transaction. Don't just jump on the FB button without at least trying to work it out with the seller.

Hope it works out.
