Anybody got a good suggestion for a baseball card inventory software for cataloguing, inventorying, etc.? Right now, I see one on ebay called Personal Collectible Organizer PCO2001. What's out there?

I use beckett.com's online software. It's clunky but accessible anywhere.

I've never used it, but I have seen ads for and an interview with the creator of something called "The Card Locker".

Their web site is http://www.thecardlocker.com/ and it appears they have a free demo you can check out there.

Thanks--maybe I'll try it. I'd be happy to set up a trading thing with you, off this site. In a nutshell, I'm a Topps set collector (with several other sub-specialties, as well). Goal is to own every Topps base set ever made; I currently have 47 of the 56 complete, or near-complete. I prefer vintage: Post-'73, all I will touch is one of each Topps set (with certain exceptions). I have needs for various singles of the '60s and '50s, so maybe we can talk. I have dupes of all manufacturers for nearly every year, in huge numbers, post-'84 (if those interest you).

Some years are leaner. Here's what I have for Topps '59:

107 Norm Larker
109 Bob Schmidt
112 Billy Consolo
113 Taylor Phillips
114 Earl Battey
118 John Buzhardt (R)
120 Chuck Coles (R)
121 Bob Conley (R)
122 Bennie Daniels (R)
132 Don Lee (R)
134 Jim McDaniel
136 Jim O'Toole (R)
137 Dick Ricketts (R)
138 Johnny Romano (R)
139 Ed Sadowski (R)
141 Joe Shipley (R)
142 Dick Stigman (R)
143 Willie Tasby (R)
254 Zeke Bella
301 Earl Averill
407 Moe Drabowski
513 Tommy Carroll

Nothing exciting, to be sure. But let me know if you're interested, at gberms@optonline.net. As I said, I have dupes from many other years (and many other manufacturers. Let me know.

Where's the link for the free demo? All I see are prices on that site.

Left hand side of the screen, third bullet point under "Latest News". I clicked the link, and it downloaded an installer. I looks like it has all features except you can't save, and it doesn't include the built in price guide or "collectors pages".
