A question, since I can't find the answer:

Which pitchers hold the AL and NL record for "most wins without a loss, limited to one season"?

For example, the answer would be something like: "Joe Schalbotnik with a 13-0 record in 1954 for the AL and Casey Batsman with a 14-0 record in 1929 for the NL."

Can anyone answer this question? I'm going to Google, to statistical sources and I'm stumped.

How about Aaron Small in 2005? Wasn't he like 10-0?

Nevermind...that wasn't the AL record.

This is not what you asked but is interesting, none the less ----

I did some research on this a while back and found that Wes Stock is the only pitcher to have two seasons with no losses and at least five wins. He was 5-0 in 1961 and 7-0 in 1963 for Baltimore.
