1987 Topps #11

It seems that no one has listed who is on the Indians Team Leaders card from the 1987 Topps set.

I'm trying to figure out the three men on the mound. I believe the pitcher is Phil Niekro, the catcher is Chris Bando and the pitching coach is the one I cannot figure out.

Does anyone know who is the pitching coach from the Cleveland Indians from 1986-7? If so, please email me at puzzleking06@aol.com.
