Bowman Baseball 2003

I got a box of Bowman Baseball 2003 baseball cards for Christmas and am wondering whether I should open them or keep it closed. I am more interested in what is better from an investment standpoint. What is going to be better in your opinion? I already know what will be more fun (lol) :D :D :D .
