They all at least played in an All-Star game at some point in their careers, but Morneau and Gibson didn't (or, at least Morneau hasn't to this point).

I was gonna start out that way RMB and then I noticed there were several that had won the MVP and not made the All Star team the year they won, so I just went with the two that had never made an All Star team..

How about this one?

Appeared in just 95 of the 162 games one season, yet still topped the league in an offensive category. He's displayed a knack for this going back to his minor league days. Name this non pitcher..

Rickie Weeks led the NL this past season in HBP despite playing only 95 games.

I think Frank Crosetti once led the AL in the same category while playing only about half his team's game, but I'm not sure of the year.

Weeks is the answer.... He displayed a knack for getting hit in his minor league seasons as well.
