Its his job to make the players pass a physical, it is all Krivsky's fault ....

Yes, but if he's taking cortisone shots, and nobody informs the Reds about this, then it's the don't ask, don't tell policy. Somebody will be reprimanded, and it won't be Majewski. Donald Fehr will see to that.
