Everyone knows next April 15th, it'll be 60 years ago since Jackie Robinson debuted. He is the warrior that impaled the color barrier, then became a knight during his time with the Dodgers. I may be early, but this man has done a lot for African American sportspeople around the world.

Too bad he couldn't throw out the first pitch on April 15, 1974. It would have been great if he did, but he passed away nearly two years ago (October 24, 1972).

Jackie Roosevelt Robinson is always the pioneer and voice of a new age in baseball, and I want to congratulate him ahead of time. I know it's too early to post this, but with the honor and contributions he made, I never find it early or late to honor Mr. 42.
