The Nashua Pioneers are a women's hardball team that is sponsored by the Nashua Pride, a men's CAN-AM League minor league team.

PIONEERS TO PLAY IN WOMEN’S NATIONAL BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Nashua Pride Pioneers will be one of 10 teams from across the nation competing in the Women’s National Baseball Championship. The club will play from October 24—29 at Lee County Stadium, the spring training home for the Twins, as well as City of Palms Park, the spring training site of the Boston Red Sox. The Pioneers could potentially play 8 games in the tournament and hope to bring the national championship back to New Hampshire.
The Nashua Pride Pioneers is comprised of top players selected from the North American Women’s Baseball League (NAWBL) which is sponsored by the Nashua Pride and also plays its home games at Historic Holman Stadium. Several players from the American, Canadian, and Australian national teams will make up the tournament rosters. In addition to local standout athletes, forty year-old rookie and Concord softball coach, Kathy O’Connor, of Northfield, NH will be participating. Top teams from around the country will take part in the event.

The team will conclude their last training session at the Hampshire Dome from 5pm-7pm on Sunday, October 22. The squad departs for Ft. Myers, Florida on Tuesday, October 24.
