This is an interesting photo! One I've never seen before. The man on the far right looks suspiciously like Jim Thorpe.

It does indeed. The eBay listing only mentioned the Mayor, Gowdy
and Gaffney the owner. Still...?

Unless he was there as a guest of the Braves(I doubt it, he played for the rival Giants then) it isn't him. It's probably a dignitary from Boston or Philly(where the shot was taken).
