Cory Lidle R.I.P.

I'm sure we've all heard the terrible news today about Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle. Cory had two of his best years in Oakland, finishing in the top 10 in AL ERA in 2001. I remember him pitching really well down the stretch as the A's won 20 games in a row in 2002. He was an excellent suplement to the Athletics Big Three. Feel free to share any of your favorite Cory Lidle moments.

Oh God, I was always so critical of him, I'm sorry Corey, I really am, I hope God decides to save you and that your soul will rest with the undead of baseball.

I remember that stretch he had in Aug and September I forget the year now 2001 0r 2002 but thinking , boy, he's not getting any of the the credit Zito,Mulder or Hudson would be getting and always keeping a cool attitude... RIP ..Cory
