Actually I like Oakland too. But not as much as I like the Tigers. Both represent Cinderella teams to me and I Love to see skill, teamwork, and wise personnel decisions beat out the monster payrolls.
Ive been saying it since May, and I'm sure you guys remember, that "I like this 2006 Tigers team". I'm no baseball genius but Im very good at recognising a team of destiny. Like our 2006 Bears, who are now killing the Bills.
Bottom line??? The Tigers deserve their success. They earned it and I'd love to see them in the WS.

I have a grudge against Oakland. But I also like the Tigers anyway, so I'm rooting for the Tigers all the way, no contest. What would be really great is if they swept!
Which reminds me, can BBF please add a smiley sweeping with a little broom or something like that? Maybe waving a broom around in the air.

You can always request that in the Web Improvements/Site Ideas forum.
Anyway, the Tigers are great. I had this feeling that they were going to be good once Leyland spoke out way early in the regular season. What a great series for the team. It's realistic to see a Tigers/Mets WS.
