The Minnesota Twins, thanks to a Tigers loss and a Twins win, here is the Cinderella team of 2006, Central Division champs, the Minnesota Twins!

SS: E. Bruntlett
3B: N. Punto
LF: L. Ford
CF: T. Hunter
RF: M. Cuddyer
SP: J. Santana
CP: J. Nathan

For the rough road ahead, the Twins need these guys to light up a chance to win. First off is I think Oakland, then whoever wins in the Yankees/Tigers series. It's a tough road, considering they started below .500 at the beginning of June.

i actually didnt give the twins a chance to win the division a few days ago... thinking they would take the wild card and nothing more. credit to them...what a run from around the mid-point of the season.

Congratulations, Minnesota!

The fans of Oakland are looking forward to yet another great series between these two teams. (Hopefully with a different outcome than the last one. ;) )

Congrats to the Twins, the team played like champions in the time of the season when it counted. However, I am impelled to say that ya’ll did not win the Central in as much as the Tigers lost it.

Anyhows, with any luck we will meet in the ALCS to rectify this situation :D ; however with the way the Tigers have been playing, this will take a minor miracle.

If the Tigers do not win the WS, then let's keep it in the Central!
