I've compiled the radio networks (the affiliated staions not the "flagship") from 1969-2004 but for some reason there is no info on any of the printed material for the following years - if anyone could help complete this it would be appreciated:

Montgomery Biscuits' Jim Tocco, the Southern League announcer of the year 2006, served as a guest commentator in 2003 and 2004 for TEAM 990 Montreal.
So you can add 2003 and 2004 to your list when it comes to the English broadcast.

... the network affiliates were listed in the media guides and/or poket schedules through 1996 and then nothing except the flagship stations were listed in the media guides afterwards except 2002 & 2004 - so any help to fill in 1997-2001 and 2003 would be great.
