Ballplayers from which teams? Which leagues? NJ has some minor league teams, and Maryland has the Baltimore Orioles. Was this Little League? How old were the players? What were the names of the teams?
More like a men's league....not pro.
Ages in the 30's....I thought if I could find a schedule of the different venues
I could take it from there!
Thanks for replying!

You're welcome. I remember hearing of some amateur adult league in NJ of guys who'd played in some guys dressing in 19th century uniforms to recreate the golden era, but I'm a little out of my league here.
If you managed to catch any info from these folks, especially a team name, then try the various search engines and use a few different search terms to fine-tune what you're looking for.
Enjoy. :)
The only other information I have is that they were also playing on a filed in Tampa as well..I was just thinking maybe it was some kinda of big tournament!

19th Century Baseball is extremely popular among historical societies across the country. I know Labor day weekend had quite a big tournament in Ohio.
You might want to check with the Florida Historical Society, KRUZ.
I found it!! It was the USSSA Men's Class B World Tournament!!!
Thanks guys!!!
