How do i start up, as a new GM?

Im planning on being the GM of the Rangers this year, and ive been looking into stuff, but i dont get how to get started?? Like, i looked at the last game that the Rangers played last season, and the roster is completely different than who Bedard told me was on my team now.. Im just really confused about all this...What is it that i have to DL, or what am i missing???

I want to be an active member in this, just dont know what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I figured it out! Jordan, could you please post the Rangers' pending FAs? I sent him the list of players, but it didn't have the players in their final year on it. Because I know I traded Clement and Schilling for Volquez and Kinsler to the old GM, and neither of them show up.

lol yes! Im sry its been tough this week at school. I have bowling tommarow morn, but tommarow afternoon I will try to get some work done (including simming! I hope) It takes a LOT of time to post box scores, if you want yours, it will go in a new thread I will make called box scores thread, you can then copy them and put them in your team thread.

Rangers FA list, mogul has it in alphabetical order, I cant even SEE the rangers list till I finish up what ever team I am on. It's not that I am being a pain, its that I really can't jump to another team until I am done with one. Basicly, I made another version of the BBFTG file, simmed the rest of the season in that, and now it is telling me person by person who is going on the FA list. I just click release after I add him to the excel list. It doesnt matter as its not the real mogul file lol, these people aren't released dont panic.
