He won 13 games in four consecutive seasons. He followed it up with 12 win seasons the next two.

Gotta be Hal Schumacher who did it as part of his 13 year career.

How many games did he start his first full year AND his last year?
He did lose a certain number of games three times.
And how many times he fan as a batter in 1941? (Was that offset by the number of his hits the next year, the same year he had a certain number of putouts?)
You can only guess one of his uniform numbers the last year he played

1931 pitched in 8 games, starting 2, and completing 1 (8+2+1=13)
1932 started 13 games
1933 gave up 13 hits in the World Series
1934 finished 23-10 (13 games over .500)
1935 had 21 RBI's and scored 8 runs (21-8 = 13)
1936 lost 13 games
1936 gave up 13 hits in the World Series
1937 won 13 games
1938 won 13 games
1939 won 13 games
1940 won 13 games
1940 lost 13 games
1941 struck out 13 times as a batter
1942 lost 13 games
1942 got 13 hits as a batter
1942 made 13 putouts as a fielder
1946 started 13 games
1946 wore #13 with the Giants
Averaged 13 games started and 13 home runs allowed per year during his 13 year career.

And he and his wife had 13 kids! OK, I made that up. Also, I'm not sure what happened in 1931 and 1935 where I had to make up a couple of 13 occurences.

Just found this nugget:

July 15, 1935 - Cincinnati beats New York 13-6 and ends Hal Schumacher win streak at 11. It is Schumacher first career loss to the Reds since joining the Giants in 1931 (of course 31 backwards is 13).
