I was just wondering if anybody knew how often this feat has happened.

A pitcher striking out the side on 9 straight swinging strikes... no called strikes, no foul balls, no foul tips.

I might be able to give ya some 9-pitch fanning the side but I don't think they usually keep track of if they're all swinging

I think Urbina did it a couple years back in Boston, but i could be wrong.
