Starting lineup tonight includes Manny, Tek, Nixon, and Gonzalez... Its good to see these guys again. :clapping I miss the team we had earlier in the year, and we arent too far from having them all back again soon...

On the downside...its Tavarez on the mound....:grouchy

no doubt, been a tough year for the RED SOX faithful..too much talent
on this club, to not make the playoffs...Next year, with some tweaks,
and a healthy club..you guys will be right back in the hunt..

was wondering how Pena is doing since his call up from AAA ?

and whether or not he figures for next season ?

Thanks for the kind words, skeletor.

Pena is doing decent so far, he wasn't exactly my favorite guy at the begining of the season when he dropped a ball over the wall for a homer, but I'm starting to like the guy. He's a nice addition to the team and I see some great potential in him. I'd like to see him stick around.

I think he was talking about Carlos Pena, kckid.

Carlos hasnt done much, but hasnt played much either...hes like 3-13. Id like to see some more of him, as i like him when he was in Detroit. I dont know about next year though, but i think its unlikely.

Lol, go Pena! :D

Big win. Gain a game on White Sox. Consider the starting pitchers match up tonight, we weren't expected to win. Let's hope the Sox can start building off this win. Take to gain some ground in a big way while we got the chance. :)

There's still four weeks left in the season, they aren't too far back, they got four guys who have been injured back, and they are facing the people who they need to beat in the next few weeks- things are looking bright!

Yeah. Things are far from over. Come on we must believe. then its possible. But the Red Sox must win all the series against the Twins, White Sox and Yankees. Most probably they need also to sweep minimum one of them.

Okay, this thread, which wasn't really about Carlos Pena, was kind of freaky considering last night's Walk-off victory.
