It has been annoying all year that the Milwaukee Brewers have been marred with injuries at the wrong time of the year. For example, losing Tomo Ohka and Ben Sheets has been a blow at times. With a fierce offense and a building defense, there is no excuse to make a run for the wild card.
Perhaps the Cardinals may phase out and Milwaukee bumps to second place, with Cincinnati winning the division. That could mean the Brewers take against the Mets, which have the keys to the Brewers' pitching. As I say, never underestimate the Brewers, never underestimate them...
