Others on the ball (not on your list) that I can see....

Jerry DeVanon (only played 38 games for Baltimore.... all in 1971)
Curt Motton (OF last season with Balt. 1971)
Clay Dalrymple (last season in Majors 1971)
Chico Salmon (2nd base)
Terry Crowley (OF)
Earl Weaver (Mgr.)
George Staller (1st base coach)
Billy Hunter (3rd base coach)
George Bamberger (pitching coach)

Ball was used (scuffs), maybe a batting practice ball. Looking through old auction catalogs, Id estimate it in the $100-$225 range. There was a 1964 w/26 sigs sold on eBay for $129. 1971 is the most desired year for a Baltimore ball though.
