Topps, by far. Upper Deck was found to have a ton of fake cut autographs last year in their Legendary Cuts set, including Babe Ruth and Honus Wagner, and caused quite a controversy.

this question is a classic hahah. i go with upper deck. but, honestly, i go with whatever. cards are cards unless they are rookie cards.

I don't see how anyone could go with Upper Deck. UD has been producing horrible products this year, and Topps has really made some nice products. There's also the issue with forged cut autographs in UD, including the big "Best card ever produced" and the Eddie Plank autograph. Furthermore, Topps has a much longer history and was really the only card producer from 1952-1981.
