Ive been watching this guy for a year now and I am imppresed.... This guy has super star potiential.....5 tool player, good at every thing he does... He was amazing at the QC but got off to a slow start in high single A.....he has recentley picked it up. Garcia pitched in the futures game and midwest league all star team. Dominated at the QC and is playin above average in High single A. These two are on the fast track to the majors so ecpect these two 19 year olds to play in the big show before 22.
