Baseball Card Printed in Canada

I have a 1970 Fergie Jenkins #280 baseball card printed in Canada by
T.C.G.(?) and the card also has both English and French printed on it.
Can anymone give me some more information on Canadian Edition baseball cards because the collectors guides that I have, have no info. at all?

T.C.G. stands for Topps Chewing Gum. These Canadian cards were produced by O-Pee-Chee, Topps's partner north of the border. They started doing baseball cards in 1965 (there was also one in 1937!), adding the French text in 1970. They stopped after the 1994 strike season.
