I think the lineup for the rest of 2006 should be(assumes we keep Lee, even though we probably shouldn't)

1. Brady Clark CF
2. Jeff Cirillo 3B
3. Rickie Weeks 2B
4. Carlos Lee LF
5. Prince Fielder 1B
6. Bill Hall SS
7. Geoff "Legend of Bagger" Jenkins LF
8. Catcher

-In this lineup you have your best on-base guys 1-2-3 in order of increasing slugging percentage, so Clark is the weakest and Weeks the strongest.
Then for 4-5-6-7 you have your power guys in order of decreasing power
Lee being the strongest and Jenks being the weakest.
---------------------------------------------------------------

-Many people say that you best overall hitters should be 3rd and 4th and
in my lineup I think I have that with Weeks and Lee being our most talented hitters.

-Prince comes in at 5th as our third best bat.

-I know most people say that your fastest hitter should bat first, but I feel on-base is more important and this way you can have Weeks batting 3rd where he belongs. (Gary Sheffield started as lead-off for Brewers, keep that in mind, and how that worked out)

-Clark should leadoff just because he's good in the second half and probably will have a very good OBP from here on out. I think number 2 is the perfect spot for Jeff Cirillo as I see him akin to Tadahito Iguchi, Captain Clutch.

-After 1-2-3-4-5 you got Bill Hall at the 6 hole where he seems to be comfortable, after that though its a crap shoot with Jenks and the catcher.
For anyone who defends Geoff I say just look at his BA with RISP. He's a number 7 hitter on most ball clubs and should be on ours.
