I think Nuxhall was the youngest player in the post-deadball era

Is there someone younger than him that has played before that?

I always thought he was the youngest in MLB history?

There were a couple of guys who played at age 14, one I think in the Negro Leagues... can't recall either of their names. There was a thread about it in Trivia.

Mike Kilroy was something like 15 years, 9 months and 27 days when he debuted in 1888. Nuxhall was 15 years, 10 months and 10 days old.

The winner is Fred Chapman who debuted at age 14 years, 7 months and 28 days in 1887
