I am looking to find a wholesaler for any type of sportscards.

remember, "at a wholesale price" means they are not wholesalers and are obviously going to have some form of mark up.

No wholesaler can sell ANYTHING to you unless you have a Tax Number ID (Corporated). Ever.

Triple Play Box Set of 2 packs cost $275.50 on that site. It sells for $235.00 at my local sports card shop. They bought it for at least 20% less then 235.00.

Not a wholesaler.

I've got no idea what Triple Play is...
Maybe Triple Threads? If so I don't blame Dave and Adams, that stuff is going crazy and your card shop has it for way too low.
Dave and Adams' has very cheap prices on lots of wax... most of which dealers could do an 80% markup and sell it... check the prices.. I know what I'm talking about because I work at a shop and I know what stuff sells at.
They aren't wholesalers but like you said the general consumer obviously can't just buy from one.. if you could then the hobby would collapse.
