I know that a huge number of negro players were playing in Venezuela in the 30`s,40`s and 50`s, from Sam Jethroe to Roy Campanella to Don Newcombe to Bruce Petway to Quincy Troupe. Inclusive the great Martin Dihigo was managing and living in my country by almost 10 years in the 50`s.
However we donīt have any league statistics from those times and today all the reference about them is kept by old sportwriters who remember them from time to time in radio shows.
I donīt know if in some place at USA there are records or at least a track of all the players that were overhere in winter baseball on those years.
