Zambrano. It's amazing that he's 10-3 on this pathetic excuse for a team.

Call me crazy, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's your 2006 NL Cy Young Award winner here.

i love watching farnsworth pitch-it's like watching a train wreck in slow motion. i don't get as much glee out of it now that he's with the yanks but i really did enjoy watching him blow games for the cubs. and yes it's true, he can really bring it but the fun in watching a guy like farnsworth pitch is the slowly unfolding natural disaster.

Billy Wagner has always been one of my favorite pitchers to watch. Yeah, he's one dimensional, but he does that one thing as well as anyone.

Jose Reyes

Mike Pelfrey can hit 97 on occasion, but I don't think he gets upper 90s often enough to be considered a "fast stuff" pitcher. So I guess Billy Wagner even though he gave up a walk-off homerun today.

I used to love watching Todd Van Poppel light up the radar gun. Unfortunately that's about all he could do.

Yeah, Mariano'sone of the greatest pitchers. How does he do it with one pitch? Well, it moves- a LOT, and he doesn't lose control or focus. Farnsworth, on the other hand, can throw 101 mph about as often as any other pitcher (I've seen him do it too much already), which is a good ~5mph better than Rivera, but he can also lose his head easily, having balls flying off couse, or grooving them right down the middle. He also hangs sliders (Mariano doesn't even have a slider...). That's why he can be an amazing FAST STUFF pitcher, but no where ner Rivera.
